I decided to write some poems to introduce you all to my five little goldfish. They all have little quirks to them and they're so cute! I wrote these short poems quickly and it's mostly just for fun, so I'm going to request no critique.

Jessica is the smallest out of the five. The only color to her is the blood and organs inside her, she's practically transperant. She's so adorable and is very friendly with all of the other goldfish. I decided to point out that she's probably so small because she likes to eat her food when it reaches the bottom of the fish tank. The other four gooble up a lot of the food, so I usually have to add more in hopes that Jessica will eat more.

Lorenzo is the shy one in the tank. When he was first put with the other four, he would try to be in his own little corner. He's a loner, but a lover. He is always the one trying to protect the others from the net that I use to move them so I can clean the tank. He also is suppose to be a couple with Jessica based purely on the names and the book I named him from. They are really close though, which is a pleasent surprise! Maybe it's because she's the smallest, so she needs more protection =]

Portia doesn't stand out most of the time, so I had little to say about her. The only thing she's most noted for is staying still for a very long time before zooming to the other side of the tank(usually running into the side). She's very friendly and loves being close to the other goldfish.

Bassanio acts like he's the king of the tank. Too bad that he only has second say in things. He always is the first to eat. The thing is that he tries his hardest to not get caught in the net. It's cute, but he always fails. He's the most stubborn one, along with Portia, when it comes to tank cleaning time. The rest are actually verying willing to go into the net, especially Jessica. Also, Bassanio and Portia are supposed to be a couple based off of the book I named them from. They do have similar traits, but they're not as close as Jessica and Lorenzo are.

Last is Rebecca. She rules the tank. She allows everyone else to do what they want, but as long as they give her attention. She loves the attention and is the most outgoing out of all of them. She even came up to my hand when I put my hand in my tank and brushed against me multiple times. She's so adorable. She's gold with a white belly and a few white spots on her tail. Out of all of the goldfish, she has the best tail.

So even though most of you don't give a damn, I'm really excited about these fish. I love them so much, and it's going to break my heart if they die. Yes, I can get that emotionally attacted to fish in 3 days time.
